Bola (Redone) - A throwable weapon for chiblockers.

Put the jar into YourServer/plugins/ProjectKorra/Abilities folder.

Mechanics:
- Left Click -> Starts the ability on "Double Bola" mode. Bolas thrown in this mode sticks to the target and slows/chiblocks them...
