This could be either an Add on (although Torrent already has a few functions)
Or a move of its own. (Most reasonable)
A Torrent / Ice Blast Move + (Possible Water Manipulation)
Using the same mechanics as Torrent to get water spinning around you.
You can shoot multiple Water Shots or Ice Shards at the opponent as it spins around you.
Left Click - Ice Blast / Shards - Could use the same mechanics as Ice Bullet Combo, Left and Right Click Subsequently.
Possibly (Right Click - Water Manipulation) Could create too much lag?
Possible Con-fig Options:
Damage: 2
Range: 20
Max Shots: 10
AnimationSpeed: 1
ShootTime: 8000
Cool down: 10000
