If you use WaterArms-Punch, WaterArms-Freeze besides IceDrill combo WaterArms will be in cooldown too. (WaterArms-Pull, WaterArms-Grapple, WaterArms-Grab won't make WaterArms go on cooldown. Also if you have only one arm combo will not work. (Spear))
