A Bloodbender does not have the capability to Bloodbend themselves. Bending just doesnt work that way. Stuff like this has been suggested before, and it is all denied. Sorry, but I will be denying this.

I don't think this is very realistic, and I also don't think it's necessary. I highly doubt this is a real move taken from TLOK/TLA, the only "tornados" we've seen from Waterbenders are their Water Spouts. Denied.

It's against EULA to sell abilities inside of Minecraft, so this feature wouldnt support that. It's the servers problem if that's the case.

Yes, this plugin is mostly combat, but does that mean we're in charge of your arena? Its not this plugins duty to control your arena, that's your duty. You can use other plugins to possibly do this, but I'm not sure. Denied for now.

I don't think this is very necessary in the plugin right now. Not only is it unnecessary, but it is to complicated and confusing. I don't see the big problem with having a source selected over using Water Bottles. If anything, it shouldn't affect you at all. I'm going to deny this, sorry.
