Using incompatible versions is a way to install it wrong. And yea, putting it in the abilities folder is also a good example. My point is that it’s not a buggy addon. For the most part it’s pretty stable as I cannot think of any issues with it off the top of my head.

If you're using Spigot 1.8.4 with Pk 1.8.4 you will either need to update your Spigot version or downgrade your Pk version. I don't believe those versions are compatible with each other as the update log says that 1.8.4 is compatible with 1.12, 1.11, 1.10 & 1.9
