I would guess that there'd be a statement in each ability that it applies to. Like torrent would have it but not watermanipulation. Torrent Surge and WaterFlow WaterWave are the only ones I can think of that would need it off the top of my head.

I think the concept overall is a good one but this would also worsen the whole "grabbing water from where it doesn't exist" idea. It'd be nice if there was a feature like AvatarState made for water, in where depending on where your source comes from, it affects the size of that ability. Like if...

This is a known issue with playAvatarSound. To fix it disable your avatar or change the sound in your config. I don’t remember what it is by default but I think it’s spelled wrong or something by default.
