Not really what I asked (aka. exclusive to this plugin), but it will do. I might even accept blue fire only being resource pack edition for the sacrifise of having that special bending given to random people (con's: ugly particles or lag, and nobody would probably want that) :)

That really wouldn't do anything, as it worsen the situation of having the waterbender go back to the surface much slower (leaving him/her still camp in water for much longer). Also, drowning!

The Particles when it is being charged distract me. Maybe you can lower it and shrink it down to 1 block where it would face my feet?
